A Berry Delicious Smoothie Recipe
We are BERRY excited about this smoothie.
There are all sorts of summer berries around. Maybe you froze some from earlier this year, picked some up at the local market or hand-picked some yourself this morning. Whatever the berries, this recipe is delightful. We love the way the mint adds some edge to a summer favourite. Perfect for breakfast, mid afternoon snack or even an after dinner treat!
- ½ cup of berries
- 2 Tbsp Vitala vanilla yoghurt
- 4 mint leaves
- ½ cup Vitala milk
- ½ cup ice
Blend until smooth. YUM!
