A Look Back on 2015

As we look back on 2015 a flood of memories begin to rush in, some were good, some were obstacles and many were just hilarious. It’s been a year of change and growth and with those things come opportunities to learn and discover more about yourself and other others around you.

A year seems to fly by so quickly and once you get to the end of December you could find yourself thinking “What did I do? What did I learn, and what do I have to show for it?” If you’re the kind of person who needs little reminders throughout their life (who doesn’t) you might want to look into journaling! There’s a few great little books that you can find at Coles or Chapters that are designed to simply be a place where you can jot down a few lines each day, either answering a random little question about yourself or writing a memory from your day. Most of these books will allow you to record your memories for years, so that you can compare your days to see how you’ve grown and how your answershave changed… It’s a fun habit to get into and a wonderful reminder to take time to treasure even the smallest things that are turning you into the person you are!
